Our terms & conditions.

We don’t like lots of rules but here are a few conditions and campsite etiquette to ensure everyone staying has a happy and enjoyable break away.

Booking Policy

Please be advised unless you receive the booking confirmation email, your booking is NOT yet confirmed. A non refundable deposit of 25% of the total booking is required, the remaining balance is due 21 days before arrival. Pitches are let for campers own tents and Dolly is let with no bed linen.

Arrivals: Mon – Sat only, from 2:00pm to 7:00pm

Departure: Please vacate your pitch by 11.00am

Please ensure that you book your pitches for the correct amount of people and have included any extras. Unauthorised admissions will be charged double. This includes any children and infants not declared on the booking form.

Be Nice

Everyone has bad days but try not to let that spoil other campers’ enjoyment. Be considerate to others and keep noise levels to an acceptable level. Enjoy the stars and the Owls and keep the sound quiet after 11pm, we are a quiet site. If we consider behaviour unacceptable and detrimental to the campsite you will be asked to leave with no refund.

Be Green

Please ensure that all rubbish and recycling is disposed of properly and in the correct eco-bin. All bins are clearly signed. Food waste must NOT be put into the RED bin, please use the food caddy provided.

Be Honest

Please book for the correct number in your party, additional cars will be charged (£5 per day) so we can keep the green space for games and relaxation. We do not accept bookings for stag or hen parties. Please don’t book and hope we won’t notice – because we will! We have restricted the pitch size to 4 but please ask if you have a family that is larger.

Under 16s that are not accompanied by an adult are required to pay the full adult fee.

Be Prepared

It happens so please note our cancellation policy. We are happy to refund 75% of your payment if given more than 30 days’ notice by email and 50% of your payment if you cancel your stay with us at least 15 days in advance. Any less notice than this and unfortunately we are not able to offer refunds. Please look into insurance to cover your holiday.

By booking with Upper Parsonage Farm you agree to adhere to safety measurements put in place. You will be responsible for your family on site and we ask you to respect others sharing this space.

Be Dog Friendly

We allow one per pitch for £3 per day. We love dogs but not everyone feels the same about your furry friend. All dogs on site MUST be kept on a lead at all times and immediately cleared up after. If you bring any dog deemed dangerous, antisocial or in any way threatening, you (and it) will be asked to leave. If you do not clear up after your dog you will be asked to leave. No exceptions as we have a large number of sheep with lambs. If you are bringing your dog to the campsite, you must add it to your booking, found in the “extras” section on the booking form.
